Fall flying remains good!
Tuesday, November 17, 2009 - 5:30 AM
Wow... what a crazy fall! After recovering from some unanticipated down time, I'm happy to report that the club has put planes in the air almost every weekend over the last month. The weather has blessed us and the rains that swept through did soften the runways, but 28 stayed open.

We need to put about 21 to 22 additional hours on the engine before the Scout can

Thanks to everyone Saturday was a big success!.  And thanks to Pam for getting breakfast and dinner set up and served, everything was delicious.
We had a great turn out for breakfast and the safety seminar, and I want to thank our speakers - Alan, John P, and Jeff.  Seems the few power pilots that came in thought we did a bang up job.

We are happy to report that we made $361.00 after expenses were taken out.  Thanks to everyone's generosity we made much
