| | We are a small, friendly soaring club based at Harford County Airpark (0W3) near Churchville, Maryland. ASC is a Soaring Society of America affiliated club. We provide glider flight time, glider flight instruction, and aerotow services to our members as well as one day guest memberships for those interested in an introduction to flying gliders. The club aircraft include a Schweitzer SGS 1-23, a Schweitzer SGS 2-33 trainer, and a Blanik L-13. Our tow plane is a Belanca Scout.

Our phone is manned on weekends and most holidays during good weather, so if you prefer to speak to us directly, call between 11 AM and 5 PM. We normally answer calls on the weekends.

The club flies most Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (weather permitting). Gift Certificates for introductory flights are available. Please call us to schedule your introductory glider flight.
We are flying every weekend now. Make sure to call ahead or email us to check our operation hours as the days get shorter going into the fall.
